BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

DEPOSIT:
A deposit of 40% per person, of the total cost of your holiday, should be paid when submitting the completed Booking form.  VISITORS UNDER 16yrs: Parents/guardians are reminded that they are responsible for the safety and welfare of under 16 year olds, and sign on their behalf. The deposit is non-refundable. The deposit is accepted as part payment towards the total cost of your holiday, (excluding transport) - we do not request a deposit in respect of the transport element as the transport provider is a separate entity, and not contracted to us - we therefore require no deposit in respect of this.  Your holiday will not be considered ‘confirmed’ until we receive the deposit. If payment is made by cheque your booking will not be considered ‘confirmed’ until the cheque has cleared with the issuing bank.

BALANCE OF PAYMENT:
The balance of payment may be made before the date of your trip, or upon arrival, before commencing to fish. A balance being paid upon arrival, to be paid in euros please.  Any monies paid into our account by bank transfer, or other, must have been received and acknowledged by us, before you arrive.
Euros will be calculated to the rate at that current time.

PRICE:
The price of your holiday is a fixed price, and will not change.

CANCELLATIONS:
Cancellation of a confirmed booking will forfeit any deposit/monies paid by you. The cancellation of a booking must be made in writing.  We would only cancel your holiday if the venue was unavailable for any reason.  We would attempt to offer you an alternative venue, however if this was not possible or acceptable to you, then we would refund any monies paid to us by you for the holiday.  Our liability would not extend beyond this refund.

FISHERY RULES:
Guests agree to abide by the rules set out by LA FONTE, clearly set out on the website, and displayed in the social lodge at the lake. LA FONTE reserve the right to alter any/all of the rules at any time, and without notice.

HOLIDAY ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE:
Your booking starts at 2.00pm on the date of your trip. Please do not arrive before this time, as guests will not be allowed onto the lake, this is without exception. We need this time to prepare the venue for your arrival. The lake must be vacated by 10.00am on the day of departure, to allow us to prepare the venue for the next arriving guests.

PASSPORT/VISA/HEALTH CERTIFICATE:
These requirements are your responsibility and we accept no responsibility for any delay or expense incurred through any irregularity in your documents. It is essential that guests ensure they hold a ten-year valid passport.

INSURANCE:
Clients are advised to cover themselves with appropriate travel insurance for the period of their holiday.

FORCE MAJEURE:
We are not liable for any loss, delay or cancellations due to the following; fire, storm, flood, closure of ports, weather/technical problems to transport, acts of God, industrial disputes, strikes, riots, political unrest, and war or any other event or circumstances beyond our control.

PETS, FIREARMS & ALL WEAPONS:
Pets, firearms and weapons are not permitted.

COMPLAINTS:
In the event that any guest has a complaint regarding their stay at
LA FONTE, please advise us onsite. Any subsequent complaint must be made in writing to LA FONTE, no later than seven days after returning to the UK.

WE RESERVE:
The right to immediately terminate the services we are contractually obliged to provide to you, if we, our employees or agents, or any other appropriate person in authority, in any place judge your behaviour likely to cause discomfort or harm to our other clients, or any other person or property, our contractual obligations under these conditions will terminate immediately. We will not be liable to you for any refund or compensation, or any costs, or damage which you may incur.

THE LAW:
The signature on the booking form constitutes a contract between you and LA FONTE, and is accepted by both parties.
