Booking Information

We will hold your booking for a period of 10 working days from the time we confirm a suitable date with you. Please make your deposit payment within this time. You may change/cancel your booking within the 10 days.   Upon receipt of your deposit, your booking will then be confirmed in writing, allowing you the benefit of paying your remaining balance when arriving at the lake, if you so choose. We are fortunate enough to be able to allow this method of settlement, due to the high demand for cancellation places; and our facilitating agreement with other lakes in the area. The deposit is non- refundable.

HOW TO BOOK

2.) If we have a date available that suits you, you will then need to pay your deposit -£500 for an exclusive lake booking, or £100 per person if booking places.(Payment methods below).

3.) Upon receiving the deposit (within 10 days), along with your completed booking form (see below),  we will acknowledge receipt of your payment, and confirm your booking in writing. The balance remaining may then be paid upon your arrival at the lake.  (Payable in Euros please, at the current rate of exchange at the time of your trip).

All you have to do now is sit back, and look forward to your trip!

Making payment:
Please make payment directly into our account (details of which will be given at time of booking).  This can be done either by  - bank transfer, an online transfer, or by paying directly over the counter at any Barclays Branch by cash or cheque.  Any monies paid into our account  before your trip, must have been received and acknowledged by us, before you arrive.  We request that customers do not forward cheques by post, as many become lost or undelivered when posting abroad.  Thank you.

Cash. - Please do not forward cash by post. Balance may be paid upon arrival (euros please), calculated at the current rate at that time.  Our guests will be pleased to know, that we do not set our own rate of exchange!  Therefor the rate you get when changing your English money into euros, is the rate at which any balance due, is calculated.
